Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has announced the launch of its BSNL New Year Offer for 2025 under Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services to enhance customer experience, reduce disconnections, and to boost new subscriptions with fiber optic internet.
This promotional BSNL fiber optic internet campaign will be available across all telecom circles for a period of 90 days, starting from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
Highlights of the BSNL Fiber Broadband New Year Offer
- Eligibility and Plans:
- The offer is exclusively available to new FTTH customers who subscribe to specific BSNL Fiber optic monthly plans during the promotional period.
- Eligible plans include:
- Fibre Basic Neo at Rs 449 per month (available in all circles).
- Fibre Basic at Rs 499 per month (available in all circles except Punjab).
- Fibre 495 CS388 at Rs 495 per month (available only in Punjab).
- Free Service Period:
- New customers will enjoy free FTTH service for the entire calendar month in which they are onboarded.
- For example, a customer enrolled on January 9, 2025, will receive free service until January 31, 2025.
- New customers will enjoy free FTTH service for the entire calendar month in which they are onboarded.
- Discounts for Initial Months:
- After the free service period, customers will receive discounts for the first three months:
- Rs.50 per month discount on the Fibre Basic Neo plan.
- Rs.100 per month discount on the Fibre Basic and Fibre 495 CS388 plans.
- These discounts will be applied from February to April 2025 for customers onboarded in January.

- Post-Discount Charges:
- After the three-month discount period, customers will be charged the standard Fixed Monthly Charge (FMC) of their chosen plan: Rs.449 (excluding GST) for Fibre Basic Neo, 499 for Fibre Basic, and 495 for Fibre 495 CS388 in Punjab.
- Migration Rules:
- Migration from higher FMC FTTH Broadband plans is not permitted under this offer.
- However, migration from Landline/Broadband (Copper) services is allowed.
- Exclusions:
- All charges mentioned are exclusive of GST.
